FREE SHIPPING

Hale Bob offers FREE, UPS, ground Shipping, for orders shipped to the continental United States. Hale Bob will use USPS as the shipping method for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Orders can be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day Air for an additional charge.  Orders can be shipped USPS Express International and USPS Global Express for an additional charge. International Orders over 6 pounds may incur an additional cost. You will  receive an e-mail with a tracking number so that you may track your package. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

PROCESSING

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY IF PLACED BY 12PM PST (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REQUIRE 1-2 DAYS PROCESSING TIME.
SALE OR HOLIDAY ORDERS REQUIRE ADDITONAL PROCESSING TIME AND MAY TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP UNLESS EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS PURCHASED.

Because of volume, items purchased during promotional Sales and on, or near US Holidays typically require additional time for processing prior to shipment.
